- Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging, tags, and labels intact.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
- Customized or personalized items
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at info@plantershop.com or call (715) 223-1750 to request a return authorization and provide details about your order and the item you wish to return.
- Prepare the Item: Package the item securely, including all original packaging and documentation.
- Return Shipping: Ship the item to the return address provided by us. Please use a track-able shipping service or purchase shipping insurance for items over [amount], as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund according to the following:
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Processing Time: Refunds typically take 30 business days to process once we receive the returned item. You will receive a confirmation email when your refund has been issued.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item following the steps outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the return shipping fees unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@plantershop.com or (715) 223-1750 with details and photographic evidence. We have a 6 month warranty for manufacturing defects. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at info@plantershop.com or (715) 223-1750. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must be returned following our standard return process.
